We will gladly exchange or refund your merchandise, provided that:
1.We receive the notice of your wish to return the item within 5 business days of the receipt of your order. After that, you have 5 additional business days to ship the package back to us. Please make sure to send us the tracking details to email@example.com
2. The item is returned in its original condition- unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags in place, and packed in the original tissue paper. Due to the delicate nature of our pieces, they should be tried on wearing your own clothing underneath.
3. The return is posted in the package in which it was received.
4. The original invoice is included inside the package along with the returns form. If the item was a gift, the name of the purchaser must be noted.
5. Failure to meet these requirements may result in delays processing the return or return of the package. We will provide you with the return shipping address via E-mail when you are eligible for an exchange or refund.
Please note that:
For hygiene reasons, all face coverings, accessories (earrings, necklaces, bracelets, bags, wallets, belts...) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items that are bought on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Custom, Made To Order or Personalised items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you receive a defective item, we apologize in advance and please E-mail us right away, we will get it taken care of for you.
All domestic returns (Tunisia) are FREE.
International return fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Be mindful that we do not refund shipping costs or any duties or taxes incurred.
Refunds may take up to 5-10 working days to reach your account, depending on your bank.
Payments will be refunded to the original payment method excluding the cost of shipping.
